David "Scott" Roose
While leading ROOSE Consulting since 2008, David "Scott" Roose is also the Director of Business Analytics for inContact, Inc. where he has administered an Enterprise Edition of Salesforce.com to 150 users for more than two years.
Prior to founding ROOSE Consulting, Scott was instrumental in mapping and measuring the results for a complex customer contact strategy, spanning 6 years from purchase date, at Professional Education Institute.
Scott has also worked with, many well known companies including: Salesforce.com, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, DELL Computer Corporation, Advanta, Franklin Covey Coaching building and optimizing business processes and CRM systems.
