The BridgeMail System™ is a mature email marketing platform seasoned by years of service to a wide range of customers and hundreds of millions of sent email messages. The email platform is used by customers ranging from tiny one-person companies to large multi-nationals like Dell, HP, and Microsoft.

By joining the BridgeMail System Hot List* status with Salesforce.com Lead Scoring criteria, your Leads and Contacts are scored and given a dynamic, graphical star rating displayed on list views, reports, and record views.  Leads and Contacts are scored using six important criteria: Bridgemail Hot List (Y/N), Lead Source, Title, Budget (Y/N), Time Frame, and Rating.

Using the standard Rating field, record owners can apply Hot, Warm, and Cold Ratings to their Leads and Accounts - adding their own perspective to the lead score.  When Leads or Contacts are added to the BridgeMail Hot List and/or when a lead score increases to 4 or 5 out of 5; the record and reports are updated with a star rating.

Workflow triggers automatic email alerts and tasks when Leads and Contacts become "Hot" or high-scoring**.

Custom reports and dashboards make it easy for your sales reps to view and manage their high-scoring leads.
